We took over the house at the end of 2021, painted it and renewed the furniture. Pinzon has been highly hosted in recent years with great reviews on AirBNB, VRBO, and Micazu.
The villa has 2 floors. Through the entrance you enter the living room with open fully equipped kitchen. Around a terrace with BBQ and a view of the valley and the sea. Separate toilet. Garage.
Downstairs: A total of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a terrace. Two rooms with a double bed. A room with 2 single beds, 1 room with children's bunk bed and a baby changing table. Two bathrooms, 3 toilets.

The villa has a garage and ample parking space in front of the door. Villa Pinzon is located in a quiet cul de sac that turns into an unpaved forest path. Children can play safely in the street in front of the house. You can walk to the beach.
For visiting the area, Tossa or Lloret, a car or electric bicycle is so easy.
There is a fireplace in the living room and there are 2 mobile electric heating units.

The villa is located in the Urcasa district, in a quiet cul de sac, with a square at the end. The road becomes a dead end forest path. From the villa you can walk to the beach of Cala Canyelles in fifteen minutes, where there are restaurants and a beach bar. The bus to Lloret de Mar also stops here.
