We are An and Marja. We have 3 children who are now studying and who have left the family home in Vinkeveen, the Netherlands.
We took over Pinzon at the end of 2021 and in 2022 we started renting out Pinzon through the well-known booking sites.
In mid-2022 we invested in things that we consider important: new bedding, linen, towels, (Emma) mattresses for the double beds, etc. There is also a Nespresso machine with a milk frother and solar panels with a power wall have also been installed.
For the little ones there is a camp bed, high chair and changing table, and of course children's cutlery.
We love this part of the Costa Brava. There is something for everyone. whether you are looking for peace or are in for action. Places like Barcelona, Girona are close by. There is also plenty to do out of season. It is easily accessible by car or plane. Girona airport is 34 km, half an hour's drive from the house.
Arrival:
You will be welcomed personally. Our local Dutch host Lynn will hand you the keys and show you around the villa. One week before your arrival, our host will contact you via app to discuss details such as arrival time. Lynn lives in Lloret de Mar and can be reached by phone 24/7 and speaks German, English, Spanish, Dutch and French.
Toerist tax:
First 7 days, per day for adults >17 years, 2 euros.
Cancellation conditions: Full refund if canceled up to 14 days before arrival. If you book less than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. After that, if you cancel up to seven days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you wait any longer, you will not receive a refund.
